1. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an application to Equip Academy or participating in any of our programs, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not apply or participate in our programs.

Equip Academy is a ministry of Apostolic Dominion Nation, operating in Nigeria. These terms govern your relationship with us as a student or applicant.

2. Eligibility and Admission

Our programs are open to all believers who meet the following criteria:

  • Must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent if under 18)
  • Must profess Christian faith
  • For the Equip program, completion of Foundations or equivalent biblical education is required
  • Must be able to attend weekly in-person classes or livestream sessions

Submission of an application does not guarantee admission. We reserve the right to accept or decline applications at our discretion.

3. Tuition and Fees

All Equip Academy programs are provided free of charge, sponsored by Apostolic Dominion Nation. There are no tuition fees, registration fees, or mandatory course material fees.

Students may be responsible for their own transportation to and from class locations, personal study materials (Bibles, notebooks, etc.), and internet connectivity for accessing online resources.

4. Attendance and Participation

Students are expected to:

  • Attend weekly in-person classes or participate via livestream when unable to attend physically
  • Complete assigned readings, tasks, and self-study materials
  • Participate respectfully in class discussions and group activities
  • Maintain regular access to the student dashboard for course updates and resources

Consistent absence or failure to participate may result in removal from the program. If you need to withdraw, please notify us in writing.

5. Code of Conduct

All students must conduct themselves in a manner consistent with Christian values. This includes:

  • Treating instructors, fellow students, and staff with respect
  • Refraining from disruptive behavior during classes
  • Maintaining confidentiality of personal information shared by others in class
  • Using course materials and the student dashboard responsibly

Violation of this code may result in disciplinary action, including dismissal from the program.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including lecture notes, videos, handouts, and digital resources, are the property of Equip Academy and Apostolic Dominion Nation. You may use these materials for personal study but may not:

  • Reproduce or distribute course materials without permission
  • Record or livestream classes without authorization
  • Use course content for commercial purposes

7. Certificates and Completion

Upon successful completion of a program, students may receive a certificate of completion. Requirements include:

  • Meeting minimum attendance requirements
  • Completing all assigned tasks and assessments
  • Demonstrating satisfactory understanding of course material

Certificates are for personal recognition and do not constitute accredited academic credentials. Equip Academy is a ministry training program, not an accredited educational institution.

8. Limitation of Liability

Equip Academy and Apostolic Dominion Nation provide educational programs as a ministry service. We are not liable for:

  • Any personal injury or property damage occurring on class premises
  • Loss of personal belongings
  • Interruption or cancellation of classes due to unforeseen circumstances
  • Technical issues with online platforms or student dashboard access

Students participate in programs at their own risk.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By participating in our programs, you consent to this collection and use.

10. Changes to Programs

We reserve the right to modify program content, schedules, instructors, or delivery methods as needed. We will make reasonable efforts to notify students of significant changes.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend a student's enrollment for violations of these terms, non-participation, or behavior inconsistent with our community standards. Students may also voluntarily withdraw at any time by providing written notice.
